Anybody come across the problem of usb slot suddenly not reading iPod classic, Its been fine for over a year and now just won't recognise iPod, the usb stick works fine in both slots. I have tested the lead and tried another iPod in the slots still won't see them it just remains greyed out...any ideas ?thanks

Try to restart the RLink by long pressing the volume button, until the screen goes black. It will reboot in a minute or two, and the problem might be solved.

      Just nipped out and tried that reset and it worked fine thanks, iPod now connecting no problem
