Please help!

I have a Kadjar 15 plate and an iPhone Xs - my rlink system has just been updated at a renault dealership so all should be up to date. I have a problem whereby my phone is connected via bluetooth but no music plays out. On the iphone it says music is connected to rlink but nothing. What am I doing wrong?

Actually, there are different audio streams for each output - radio, navigation, notifications, etc. If you listen to radio and the navigation starts to talk and you lower the volume it affects only the navigation volume (the radio remains at same hight). That's what I meant :)

If I remember rightly you need to download (buy) any track from iTunes and then you should be ok. It should then see all the music you have on your phone.
