Does anyone else have an issue with the following issue;
I play music through blue-tooth connection from iPhone. I pick a playlist and play music and all is good, then after getting out of the car to just fill up with fuel or go into a shop, when i return to the vehicle, it has totally forgotten what playlist it was playing and just randomly starts to play music in alphabetical order from my iPhone??
I then have to get into my phone and reset the original playlist i was listen to and start it all over again. Now on my previous car (Mercedes) i could get out of the car for a day and when I returned it would play from exactly where it was.
Is there a setting that I've not found yet?
Any help is welcome.

It's an issue with the phone or it's connection to the car, not the RLink itself.

I have a similar ( but not identical) issue. Dealer says it’s an R-link problem and is awaiting a confirmation from Renault to replace the computer.

I don't know. I use android devices. But as the RLink only transfers sound and image from the phone, my guess is the problem is in the phone.
