I tried entering MUID in various formats and every time it just says that it is incorrect.

Got it to work! I actually had to enter the whole MUID instead of trimming any letters or numbers. Once I created the rlink account the toolbox automatically suggested a system update. Downloading it now so hopefully it will go smooth from here.
