Hello, typical new member here whos first post is a query.

My 2017 kadjar, steering wheel radio control have stopped working properly, when I hold the volume + and - buttons together the radio pauses, but no other buttons work,
When I scroll the wheel in one direction the volume shoots uncontrollably up, and when I move it the other way it shoot uncontrollably down.
Has anyone else experienced this, or any ideas what may be causing it.
Is it a software glitch.
None of the other buttons for the phone or audio source work either.

I had the same problem. It needs new stalk. I had mine replaced under warrantee. If not just get one of ebay etc and a 20 minute fix yourself.
