I've downloaded lots of music from Amazon and play them all on my R-Link with no problems, including the Album Artwork.
Make sure they are in mp3 format and you should have no trouble.

Hey, to play Amazon Music on the device you want, you need to convert Amazon Music to plain MP3, etc. And then you can move Amazon Music to the device for offline playing with ease. To make it, you can use the tool Amazon Music Converter from DRmare to help you.
