Hi all just had my car back from Renault Retail Group Leicester it went in to have the media screen looked at as it went blank they tried a software update first that didn’t work so a new radio unit was fitted under my extended warranty I’m glad I bought that as the unit would have cost £671 plus Labour the service manager did say they have had loads of these gone wrong recently.my car is a 17 plate only done 18k so not good really.now have a stone chipped my windscreen on way home so another thing to sort out.
