Afternoon hope this finds everyone well
I posted sometime ago about the drivers side footwell of my uk (right hand drive) 1.3 petrol becoming wet .
At the time I thought a blocked drain on the windscreen was the culprit and the carpets have been dry until very recently.
in short I have been using the air on a lot more recently and the carpet is getting wet again we have had no rain and the issues appear to be linked to the air con I have read elsewhere that a drain could be blocked ( I have checked underneath the car and it appears to be draining by which I mean a reasonable drip   ) my question is is there a pipe in the centre console somewhere that could be split/blocked and how can I access it  or would air con cleaner help .
Is it a big job to remove the centre console and does it require specialist tools
Any thoughts ideas help would be appreciated

Morning
Thank you for the views and replies
I hope the following may help
After viewing you tube etc I have tried the following
I cleaned the air con using an aerosol cleaner
I managed to pump some air up the air con drain pipe ( not at high pressure) to remove any blockages but it seems to be draining fine
I lifted the carpet in the drivers footwell and it was dry underneath and no sign of water dripping or flowing
I then found that the door to the pollen filter holder was missing a screw and was slightly open ( I managed to re secure it using a spare screw)
I tried not using the air con for a couple of days ( no rain either ) and the carpet still had a mist of water on the top
E bay tended to suggest a blocked pollen filter might be the issue ( it was changed about 11 month ago )
Does any body know if this could be the issue especially if the door to the pollen filter was slightly open ( as it’s a year old I might just change it anyway)
apologies for the long post but any help advice would be appreciated

After reading your feedback I think it may not be an airconditioning related problem. It may be a small leak on your heater radiator. Only way, other than stripping everything, to faultfind will be to block the in- and outlet water hoses possible. If it is a heater leak then you maybe in for some major work. Good luck.

Thank you for your feedback
that was something I hadn’t considered I’ll keep an eye on the water level which seems to have been ok up to now but you never know
Hopefully it will be about £20 for a pollen filter versus a kings ransom for a heater matrix

Thank you everyone for views and thoughts I will update further when I hopefully get a resolution
