Hi Yes sorry but ours come on even with lights switch turned off, turned on, or on auto ,so would seem you have a problem !! Ours is a 2016 but don’t think it will make any difference what year

Thanks, thought I was right god knows why it's stopped doing it thought it might be due to me turning off auto mirrors, but no...The lights come on if I press the lights on the remote so know they are working.Trying to think if I've turned something off that might stop them from working.

There was some setting in the RLink called "Welcome ..." or something like that. Find it and check it out.

Been there done that, was wondering if battery might be low so saving power also thought of disconnecting battery might reset it.

Hi Others may advise on this but you could do a factory reset did this with ours years ago for whatever and as I recall it worked well SO go to menu then system then at bottom right of screen is a rectangle with lines across go there you will find factory reset and user manual may help maybe better than disconnecting the battery good luck
