A few months ago the spanner appeared on my dash. Took the car to the dealer and it was diagnosed with an injector breaking down so all four were replaced.    A week or 2 later spanner came back on and the car went back to the garage where it was put on diagnostic machine and it was all clear.    The spanner light goes off and it just comes on at random...Recently did a 550 mile trip aand no spanner light.   Came back on today and after parking up did not come back on when starting the car.  Any suggestions please?
