I bought the Iconic 2019, which doesn't come with the new LED headlights, for which I would have needed to pay an extra £1,500 to get the S-Edition.

Does anyone know whether I can fork out for the parts and swap them over? Or are there fundamental changes elsewhere?

I think it will cost you more than £1500 to buy the headlamps alone, never mind any changes required to the wiring harness. There is a pair of the older led headlamps new on eBay for £595 each, but I'm sure the facelift lights are different.

You’re probably right about the price. I would have thought the other trim features would cost more, so was hoping the lights might be just a couple hundred.

The problem is at another place: if you have LED headlights you MUST also install an automatic headlight range adjustment, at least here in Germany- to reduce the risk of blinding the oncoming traffic. That's where I stopped searching for LED headlights... at least: our son will now buy a car with LED headlights :silly: :silly: :silly:

Oh, if there's integration with other systems, I'll drop this idea on the floor right now! I live in the UK, so who knows what regulatory madness shall ensue over the next few weeks :S

I'm also interested in retrofitting LED headlights but there is a lack of information about it online. I guess I need to check with the dealer on next service.

Another option is to just install LED bulbs in place of the stock halogen ones. I see some on AliExpress are listed specifically for the Kadjar. Yet to hear from Kadjar owner who actually tried them.
