Struggling with the oil change at 12K miles. Last B service alledgedly done at 5K and A service at 7.5K (A doesnt change the oil.).  Crap renault filter on to tight at factory or if Renault botherd to change it 5K. 3 pronged adjustable filter tool is deforming the filter, Bought a Laser 3882 filter tool which is correct but its shallow flutes just round off slipping on the siezed filter. Clearly Renault have there real Mccoy tool with deeper flutes. Probably go at it again with the 3 prong which might twist the sieze filter to a squashed coke can. Getting the undertray off was hard cause the retaining plastic lugs had no middle pull section. A lot of rust under there on the structural members. Not impressed with Renault. Dont fancy a main dealer when an A service doesnt include and oil change so whats the point?

 yes  i  coudnt  agree  more with you,  the    (  A  SERVICE  )  isnt  worth  bothering  with, as  no  oil  change or  filters,
 on  getting  your    oil  filter  off,  try  moving  the  pipe  next to  it,  and you might just get a better   grip  on  it,...
