Thank you, the policy is pretty-much irrelevant to me, I have made no Downloads since I became a member. (I made Uploads of Kadjar brochures to the Old website I think?)
You'll get take-take-take members and I understand the New Rules will discourage them
I do not wish members to know "what sort of person I am", hence an avatar is also irrelevant to me.
This forum IS dominated by a handful of Dedicated Members, and perhaps the New Rules will encourage those who make no "...big contribution" to change that. Personally I do not LIKE making contributions in a Public Forum, indeed I'm surprised I have made so many [~2 a month]
Whenever I have made a post, I think I have made it clear what type of Kadjar we have. So my Signature isn't needed. Nor do I need the Signature of others, I don't ASK questions.

Thanks for your last comment and I have sorted the italics for you.
The italics problem was due to how the BB editing software works, basically, if you put certain letters in the square brackets it is expecting to start a function. In your case where you had but an i in square brackets it goes into italic mode

It is to discourage those that just register to download loads of files without any genuine contribution to the Forum.
At the moment it is early days and nothing is set in stone but there will certainly be restrictions of some kind. which will not be as intense as that in the posting JohnBridge is directing you to.

Those initial restrictions have already been changed but not published at this time. As a courtesy to you, I have moved you up one level giving you 2 downloads/day at a slightly faster speed.

Upgrade/Downgrade of download restrictions are not automatic and will only be on request/review basis.

Yeah I should have been using search box.
But English being my second language, it's not always easy finding the right terms when searching here or even using Google.
