Hi guys i'm new to this forum so forgive me if i'm posting this in the wrong section.

i have purchased (3 months ago) a 2018 renault kadjar 1.5 dci edc with 50K kilometres . recently after changing the engine oil and resetting the service interval from the steering wheel buttonds.  I noticed that the front windows dont lift as before when I lock the car or I go away from the car (hands free mode).

any idea how to enable that feature again?

thanks

The window lock button in the driver side is not locked since passengers can close/open their windows
anyway I tested in both positions and no luck . I'm pretty sure that it's desabled somwhere in the onboard computer settings
I can access the developper menu from Rlink using a usb key but i dont know if there is an option to enable/desable this feature.

check this video for reference

mine had only front windows that closes automatically when the car is locked  without any added hardware from factory.

thanks
