Hello allI am not an owner of Kadjar but i came across several cases of problems with multimedia unit on Renault vehicles so i came here in search of informations and knowledge.
I have 2 questions on which i believe i can get answer here.
1.does anyone know how to adopt donor unit when replacing original Rlink radio? Vehicle i had in my garage went to 2 official services which were not able to adopt unit to the car. Customer managed to sort things out but it lasted 2 months. Radio model was LANR14 and software version was 2.2.xx.xxx (sorry i do not recall exact version) which leeds me to my second question.
2. Dead unit,or unit without sound(volume scale not showing when turning on/off volume),or unit stuck on logo. Would upgrading to version 3.3.xx.xxx or higher sort this kind of problems? I know for sure that unit that i had in my hands had software issue .
