 had this issue before which dealer remedied by complete reset of mulimedia & navigation system resulting in loss of all radio & navigation settings...
navigation message stalls on the first syllable and radio remains ducked for several minutes during which the volume control is ineffective until  normal volume is resumed.
anybody else come across this and found a non-destructive remedy?
