Hi everybody
My renault kadjar 2018 keeps putting my incoming calls automatically on hold.  I struggle to get the phone out of my pocket before the caller gives up.  Researched but cant find any explanation for this annoying feature.
Thanks to anybody who can throw a light on this.
and do you think its the phone or the car thats doing it??

As far as I remember it was a function in Android Auto. Search through its settings.

have looked but couldnt find it yet, i will keep trying that, thanks for the help.  David

There’s a setting in the Rlink2 think it’s in settings or the phone menu in the Rlink2, to place incoming calls on hold, just needs turning off.
