No, i missed that one. Downloaded them from this forum and I Just copied them to usb stick

Missed to add - either way proceed as per AOne suggestion - apply the stock map or stock iGO and see if the red label goes away.

I did as suggested: I put on the original setup and voilà: the little red sign was gone. Re-Applied the patch and there ist was. I will now download again the patch and see if it was just a download error. Although it completes the patch and restarts. Maybe I will put the logging folder on the stick to see if there is any error in the logfile.

I made it! I re-applied the patch and after the restart while the R-Link was searching for the map I unplugged the patch stick and stuck in the map stick and taataaaaaaa: "map update found"... took about 25 minutes and that was it, running fine now, finds my home address (not even Sygic has it, as the house was built in 2013). Now I'm satisfied so far... I'm curious about the next map - will it install?
So I don't know if the re-download of the patch file or the quick switch of the sticks was the reason. I will see as soon as the 2019 maps show up

I'm very glad it's all good now My bet is on the patch. Probably it was damaged the first time. All maps you place in the folder will be installed. Just don't forget to delete them after installing, or it will ask you again every next time you plug in the USB stick.
