Can you post the link of the original 2017.12 maps for me ? or send a private message? After the 7.0 upgrade, my map file was deleted and the car service can not fix the problem. So i would really appreciate if you share 2017.12 map files.

Yes - the patch worked fine, telling my now on the screen that my system was altered, but it does not accept the 2018 maps from the download area here.. I've double ckecked the version of the patch and of the maps (it should be 3.3.16.96x), everything is fine, it just does not load the maps. Why is that so?

I did the update from 2.300 to 3.3.16.961. Worked fine. I did the second upgrade to use other maps. Since that time it shows in the upper right edge in red font "Damaged integrity". Would not annoy me - if the R-Link would import the new map file (the maps here from the DL-Area). I had both map files with the 2 relating .md5 and the .lyc files in one folder - thanks to Robertp I just put now only the 3 map1 files in the R-Link folder. I just tried it but after 15 minutes of happening nothing (beside the USB stick blinking) i surrendered and will try it tomorrow morning on my way to work - app. 30 minutes. Does it take that long to decompress the .sku file? And shouldn't the the R-Link tell me in the beginning that it recognized the map update?

Yes, it should say an update is available and ask you to start the procedure. But this warning you're having is bothering me. It should not appear. Something is wrong here. Why don't you try to force the update to V3 once more. Maybe it was not complete the first time.
