sorted went mad on hard reseting till it disappeared, found a function about overspeed and I think it might switch off traffic sign recognition, so you will get info from maps., but I might be wrong, you can do. it from developer menu as well, will check it tomorrow as its safer in there,

Well, yesterday I got licencse, speedcams in 3D buildings. For which region do you need? Looking at your nick, Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia, Bosnia... are fully covered right now.

This is just generic license file which is (or should) included in same level as SKUs. It is added by SKU generator (obviously I forgot to check checkbox). Anyway, whole package includes license inside.
This map package exclude Russia, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Ukraine... since UK and EU drivers have rarely destination there...
Will also make another build with all countries if necessary...
