Hi I was recently in same situation with maps and tom tom traffic subscription expiring. However found impossible to renew in car, on web site - contacted Renault and their R-Link specific people . they explained that the R-Link Store has been down and they kindly renewed my subscription for another year free of charge. (that's a first!) the updates were automatic and confirmed over the next few days on the notifications in car. Hope this helps - copy of email with contact details below

I analysed your vehicle information on our system and verified that the TomTom Live & Connectivity subscription and the Map Update Service will end soon.
Since the UK R-Link store is under maintenance, purchases are currently unavailable. For this reason I am happy to have requested a one year extension for both services, free of charge. These subscriptions will be active until the 27/09/2024.
