Try to reboot the RLink by long pressing the On/Off buton for at least 10 seconds and try again afterwards.

I did the reboot but nothing again. The same screen. It is very strange. If the problem is at the data, how did the app found the internet data to be downloaded on the rlink?

im no expert on this but Im assuming you've downloaded it from the in car rlink store. I wonder if downloading it onto a usb stick might make any difference? like I said im no expert in these matters its jut a thought

I tried to update through the car and it failed. With an USB stick all went well. But... today there is some issue with the servers as my weather info cannot update.

I tried to update via usb. I uninstalled the app from the car, R-Link 2 toolbox put automatically the app in my usb, i put the usb in the car and... nothing again. The car doen't see that there is an app in the usb that has to install. Coyote doesn't work as well. It sais "no internet connection".
