I've recently purchased a 2015 Renault Kadjar 1.5 DYNAMIQUE S NAV DC, for days I've been trying to play music through my iPhone via BlueTooth connection. I can't seem to get it working, the fixes I've tried are as follows:
  • Reset network settings
  • Download purchased music from iTunes

If I open up Apple Music it will show that it is connected to the cars R-LINK system, but as soon as I play a song, the connection drops and I get a blank music screen.

Does anyone know how I can get it working?

Firstly check your version of Rlink 2.

Apologies for the late reply. I'm running version 2.2.15.

You are running a way old version, the rlink needs up dating up to 2.2.19.300, the last update for that version.
You can find the update on renaults web site. Rlink2

I’m thinking it may have to go to the dealer though, it’s a while ago but I think it needed a Dealer download first to get it past x.x.15.xxx.
