The first picture is to show how economically you drive, this can be switched off so it does not appear every time you switch off the engine.
The second picture for Central Screen and Display in Cabin I assume, and this is a real guess, is to customise the Rlink display and the Dash display but I may well be totally wrong on this point and have lost something in translation

hi,does anyone have an idea to solve this problem?

Maybe a defektive screen or cable. Visit the dealer if it's still under warranty.
Might be also a software issue. Try resetting the RLink by long pressing the on/off button.
1.6 dCI, 2WD, Zen+ , Retractable Tow Bar.
