Hi all,
My 2016 Kadjar RLink2 seems to have died. It was perflectly ok one day but the next day it has no screen, no sound, nothing. It is running standard V2 software. I checked the 10A & 20A fuses but these are OK. I pressed the on button for 30s to initiate a reboot but still nothing. This means i have no lane assist, radio or satnav, although i do still get the speed limits shown on the instrument panel (near fuel guage). Any ideas on how to fix this?
My car still has 3 months warranty but i really don't want the hassle of going to the dealer unless i really have to.

Is it only black screen or totally dead? Both cases, don't wait for the guarantee to expire. Better visit the dealer as soon as possible.

Does it play the initial sound when you open the car? Also, do the lights blink on the speedometer when you do the reboot of the car player?
If yes, you might need to use DDT4All and revive it.

If no, i would recommend going into the dealer shop so they can replace it. Its a very expensive unit, so warranty is the better solution in your case.

Totally dead. Working ok then next time i got in my car, nothing. Looks like a visit to the dealer.

No initial welcome sound because i disabled that long ago. No blinking lights on a reboot. Looks like a visit to the dealer.

Something else i have noticed ... When i cycle through the info on the dash (right-side of speed/rev dial) i used to get the following; blank, nav info, media info and power output. Nav info used to show direction, media used to show tuner, power output used to show a vertical bar. However, media now shows a music note with a line through it, nav now shows a car inside a circle (see image) and power output is now blank.
