Are the faults with Rlink?
Was your previous visit a firmware only update or an Rlink unit change?

I had my whole unit replaced in March with V9 installed. I did not find AA activated and I was told it was not possible, so I activated it via Developer mode. I think as the whole unit was replaced Car Play will be usable as I understand the usb's are powered from the unit. Haven't tried and am unlikely to try as I don't like Apple phones

I returned the car as the temperature gauge was reading wrong and it had clutch judder, both of which the dealer tried to convince me was OK. That was after the car had been in the dealer for 3 days having the heater matrix replaced. Regarding the radio/sat nav unit I am not sure if they just updated the software or replaced the whole unit, but like you I had to use my laptop and connect via an OBD reader to enable Android Auto.

Hello, I have a question about r-link in my car. As you can see in the pictures, my software version is 7.0.24.161, boot r. 5476. After entering the VIN on the r-link website, I have information that update 24.160 is available. When I perform the update procedure, I have information that it failed and the earlier version will be kept. Which is newer on 7.0.24.161 or from page 24.160?

Do I have the (officially) latest map installed?

My Kadjar is from the late end of 2018, and I have purchased TT updates etc. For now I don't want to install anything but the original from the RLink store.
