I did nothing. It was working fine for all these nearly 4 years and just came out of nowhere. I'd be more than happy if you share your progress or if you find something new :)

Just to lift up the topic a little bit. No one else has reported such problem in the Bulgarian forum, and there are lots of guys with RLinks. In the meantime I tried with my kid's phone (Android 8) and all's the same. Makes me think it's something with the RLink.

I didn't had chance to downgrade and upgrade it again, but tried everything else so I am 100% is an r-link issue, tried new phone, cable, AA Version, clear AA app data inside the r-link , so no idea what else can be done

I'm curious what would happen with Car Play, but ain't got no iPhone around.

As I kniw R-Link does not upgrade itself over internet like Windows machine... so how can things changed if nothing upgraded/changed/installed on R-Link? Phone is in other hand, phone (Android) update itself and apps OTA...
2016 White 1.6 dCi 4WD BOSE with Premium Techno Pack, Winter Pack, Panoramic glass roof & autodipp mirror and retractable towbar.
Added ambient illumination, few chrome trims,
Replaced R-Link2 V2.2 SW version 9. 0.34.611, enabled Android Auto and CarPlay (change USB slots)
Maps: Here 2022Q2
