I have a large playlist on Spoitify on my Moto Android phone which I would like to play in the car. As a 76 year old who is not at all technologically minded, could anybody tell me the easiest way of doing this please? I have looked in the handbook, which is useless, because it just says connect to two, which would be fine if I knew what I was doing! I would be grateful for any help please with, preferably, non-technical terms in simple language. Thank you very much, in advance.

Connect phone and start AndroidAuto. open Spotify app on R-Link and you will find your playlist in one of the menu (I did). Start play. Or…
connect phone and start AndroidAuto… on the smartphone open Spotify, search your playlist and start play it. Then you can open app on R-Link to control songs in playlist…

Thank you for taking the time to reply. Unfortunately, as far as this old technophobe is concerned, I am afraid that your answer is not much more helpful than the handbook! I have no idea how to connect the phone to the car or even what AndroidAuto is let alone what an app in Rlink has to do with anything. I think I shall just play the music on the phone in the car & ignore all the radio technical stuff!.

Get a cable - phone->car's usb slots. If you have Android Auto in your vehicle, a button will pop-up and just follow the onscreen instructions. That's all. If no button pops up, just don't bother anymore or ask a friend, child, or grandsone for some help.
