All,
So today I decided to put the 4x4 lock on which I do every so often, however I went on full lock and it became very weird. A lot of drive resistance, like I was running something over. The second you put the clutch in the vehicle instantly stops like the brakes are on.
It was very weird don't recall this on the previous times I've turned it on. In 4x4 auto doesn't seem to have the same issue.

Not noticed that on lock but what I have noticed is when on auto and turning around at tight junctions, steep junctions there is s tugging feeling on the steering and transmission..then there feels kick a clonk and all back to normal . had a few xtrails which has a similar set up, never had that.
