Hi, ive just bought a kadjar 16 plate and i cannot connect my phone up no matter what i do, it says connected then greys everything out and disconnects, anyone any idea what i can do to fix this please?

So how about providing Make and Model of Phone and what is the full version number of your Rlink system?

Try rebooting the system by long press the RLink's power button (about 7 seconds) and check if it helps.
