I am using a samsumg galaxy s9 i have also tried the s6 and a vodfone smart platinum.
I am assuming is the huid info? CAPGAKS012c5e000006

You should have absolutely no issues with Galaxy, I have used s5, s8, s10 in mine with no issues whatsoever

I don't want to teach you to suck eggs, but I assume that you have successfully paired these phones with other products other than the Rlink?
Please give us an ABC procedure as to how you are trying to pair with the Rlink.
I trust all requested permissions while you are trying to pair have been granted?
You have still not indicated which version of Rlink you have?

Bluetooth on i find it on the car accept pairing on the car and phone permissions all on , then when you actually select phone everything greys out it just disconnects it repetedly.
Ah im not sure how i find out exactly what rlink im using as i have just picked the car up, appreciate the replies and help though, thankyou !

Try rebooting the system by long press the RLink's power button (about 7 seconds) and check if it helps.

Im using rlink2 version 2.2.15.703

That is an old version and I strongly suggest you get it updated to 2.2.19.300

To see whether this is something you can do yourself of whether it needs to be done in part by a dealer. I'm sure there was an issue with some more modern phone pairing with that version of RLink
