Wonder if anyone can help. Recently our 2016 Kadjar developed the following problem. The external door button on the drivers side doesn’t work when you are trying to open the locked car with keyless card key in pocket. The passenger door button and boot buttons still work as does pressing the open button on the keycard itself, so unlikely to to be battery related. It applies to both keys that we have.
It also doesn’t work to lock the car. So have to lock the car via passenger side or pressing the keycard button

Any thoughts?

I have noticed that the button on the drivers door on my car is getting a bit sticky, not sure if this is related.

I have the same issue, button got sticky, then, seemed to stick permanently and no longer functions. Is there an easy way to access this without a full strip down of the door trim? Cheers

I have the same problem, started a couple of days ago working intermittently, now fails more times than it works. Did anyone get a response?

2016 Kadjar and have the same problem for about a week. When I press the button on the door it seems loose? Like its not connected to anything. The passenger side button works fine and is more firm when pressing. Hope this is not a big problem to fix!
