Well finally got a call from Renault UK today after 2 weeks, they are covering the cost to replace the head unit only problem is there is a shortage of R-link units so God knows when it will happen

Finally got the new head unit fitted today foc authorised by Renault UK and the new unit has V9

Hello kevgil09 can you tell me do you have a Kadjar from with year is it Bose edition and on the v9 does it have volume speed sound as in the photo

My Kadjar is the Dynamic s nav 2016 so not Bose edition, I'm working tonight but will check if it has the volume speed sound tomorrow and let you know

So. It happened to me too. Authorised garage bricked my unit during upgrade to V7. I’v got a new one next day. It has V9 and latest release. No need to say that it was unlocked 30 minutes after leaving garage, uploaded my custom map set. It comes empty, I have to reinstall all aps. All settings seted in developer mode were overriden, settings seted with DDT4all remains. Able to set back video in motion, climate control and volume speed (not present in menu) with developer mode. AA and CP have to enable with DDT4all. Also installed and enabled R.S. Monitor...
2016 White 1.6 dCi 4WD BOSE with Premium Techno Pack, Winter Pack, Panoramic glass roof & autodipp mirror and retractable towbar.
Added ambient illumination, few chrome trims,
Replaced R-Link2 V2.2 SW version 9. 0.34.611, enabled Android Auto and CarPlay (change USB slots)
Maps: Here 2022Q2
