I was trying to install the latest maps, and a message showed up (see attachment). Later, a message "Installation fails with "Content error"" showed up. (Version 7.0.24.161)

I assume you first patch iGo partition to accept unlicensed maps... otherwise you can not install this map package.
Just to say... I successfully built out my own maps from this package (exclude Russia and Belarussia) from all parts (maps, 3-D buildings, POI).
2016 White 1.6 dCi 4WD BOSE with Premium Techno Pack, Winter Pack, Panoramic glass roof & autodipp mirror and retractable towbar.
Added ambient illumination, few chrome trims,
Replaced R-Link2 V2.2 SW version 9. 0.34.611, enabled Android Auto and CarPlay (change USB slots)
Maps: Here 2022Q2

I patched it, but I'm not sure if I did it right.
The Renault dealer updated it from Version 2 to 7.0.24.161. Then I patched it with mm2014_upgrade_igo_7.0.24.130_mod. Should I have patched it with 7.0.24.130 original first and then with the modified version?
After patching, the system info showed 7.0.24.161. Is it ok?

If there were no error message during or at the end of patching procedure nor during normal operation then patching is OK. I suggest you to copy on USB stick under RLINK map only sku and coresponding md5 file contains license... To inject license first. It should be quick procedure. And then copy (and delete previous files) all other files and upgrade maps again...
