If the RLink was "killed" in a dealer's garage, You must insist on replacement, free of charge (no matter you have warranty or not).
I think it's 99% dead forever.

Ok just to clarify in case there has been an error in the translation:
You stated that you interrupted the update which suggests to me that you were attempting the update from V2 to V7 yourself. If this was indeed the case, I believe, from what I have read in the past, you are screwed?

If you were making the update yourself, where did you get the V7 from?
