No, I only buy cars with a proper spare wheel. The gunk ruins a tyre from ever being repaired so it is not for me.
I propose buying an inflator to replace my 20 year old one but the new ones seem to want high current aux sockets, hence my original question.

From user manual.
Connect accessories with a maximum power of 120 Watts only. Fire hazard. When several accessory sockets are
used at the same time, the total power of the connected accessories must not exceed 180 watts.

That translates 180w = 15A

Thank you all. That confirms my concerns that many of the inflators on sale today would blow a fuse in the Renault Kadjar. 10amps per socket is a considerable decrease on the old 20amp sockets. My best option is the rechargeable inflators.

I have just been looking at Halfords Branded Pumps and they all state MAX 10A.
As a point of interest, a Mains Voltage Motor, when it starts, will draw 6 - 8 times its current rating very briefly and a rewireable fuse will tolerate that and will not blow. As Halfords state a MAX of 10A I would assume the actual Nominal Current to be less.
Anyone know what the current rating of the pump that comes with the car, anyone know?
