But you will need the Sku Creator to create your own installation files.
Much quicker would be to use the files Robertp has published here.

In attached link is all you need. Download patch for 2.2.19.300, either my set of maps (no Russia, Turkey, Cyprus, Georgia, Ukraina, Belaruss, Azerbajdjan...) or full set of maps. If you use my set then use also delete_unnecesarry_maps package which delete all this and some overseas French teritories maps and free space on R-Link.
So, first need to download a patch file. Use a quality stick, 8-32GB, format it with FAT32 (mandatory). Just expand archive on stick (after expanding there must be just map R-LINK and inside a file(s)). Turn on engine, put a stick into USB slot (not important which) and wait that R-LINK detect a stick and report an available upgrade. Follow instructions, R-LINK will reboot at the end. All favorites, user settings, POI locations will be deleted! as with normal upgrade.
After that reformat a stick and expand Delete_un... package. Procedure is same, just follow instructions. This will be quick. Format stick again and expand map packages. Installation will take at least 20 minutes. With all upgrades, turn engine on to avoid shut down of R-Link which can have disaster consequences if shutted down during upgrade... After that you will have latest&greatest maps on your device. Use WinRar, latest edition to extract archives.

In that case you will need to build custom packages... First to delete all unnecessary stuff and then to build just a set of UK and Ireland. 
Use SKUcreator to decrypt wls file and select what to delete in builded package and to create your package of maps.
