UPDATE my car has gone into Renault Leicester to be looked at radio satnav unit needs replacing so they have ordered a new one I took out a years extra warranty so its being done on that.

Lucky for the warranty, that is nearly a grand to replace the rlink which should come back with V9 firmware.
