These are the default names in the RLink. When I create my own map I use them as a refference, so no map is doubled but replaced.

Can I copy files from Navteq (HERE): maps, pois, buildings, speedcam? Or should I only use TomTom files?

Can I copy files from Navteq (HERE): maps, pois, buildings, speedcam? Or should I only use TomTom files?

I'm using a mixture of both. I take the speed cams and POIs from TomTom and all the rest from HERE.

There are two R-Link 2, one vertical screen and one horizontal. Is there a difference when updating both screens?

I think no. What only matters is the firmware version. For example, the last one for V3 units is ending at .980 ("mm2014_upgrade_igo_3.3.16.980_mod.zip" with the file "mm2014_upgrade.lgu" in it).

A guy on the Bulgarian forum posted a new program for making SKU files. At first glance, looks quite good and saves some of the hassle from the other program:
