I agree 100% Boyko. As different as chalk and cheese to the first version.

Ahhh I will just wait for future update. I think that there is a issue between my phone and AA.

It's the same with me. We'll have to wait obviously...

Oopsie... The button appeared on itself. I haven't changed anything, just gave it few days and checked again in settings and voila - it was there.

Glad you've got it sorted at last AOne. If it hadn't been for your thread I would never have known about the update. Thanks again.

If anybody still have problems, I found this solution on YT video:

If you go to settings within the Android Auto app, down to 'Version and permission info' and tap on that 7 times like you would your phone settings, you unlock developer mode which unlocks the option to 'Try the new Android Auto' which will then appear at the top of the settings inside the app. I just did this.

Worked for me.

They're not related. I also did it multiple times (enabling/disabling DM), but with no avail. It was obviously a server side issue and just needed it's time to activate.

If you want to use Spotify music on Andorid Auto , then you may need to try another way. This way requires you to use a third-party tool Spotify Music Downloader . With it, you can get the Spotify music offline on your device and then you can use Spotify music with Android Auto with ease.
