I would simply go to a car dealer and ask them to upgrade to V7. Mine was with factory V3 and at some point I had problems with Waze and Google maps through Android Auto. V7 soled the problem. Afterward I upgraded to V9 on my own and now all is as good as it could be.
If your car is out of warranty you might have to pay, but something like 40 euros is better then a half working unit...

but in my country its not 40 euro its twice and more to pay and the dealer not sure for nothing so....
have no choice to upgrade the easy way
my version is upgradable to 3.3.xx version to activate android auto???

Just out of curiosity - which country is that? Mine was converted to V7 free of charge under warranty in Austria, but as far as I read, it's 40 euros in Germany.

can work with 2.2.17 ?????
