Initially, with the new cluch, the gear changes were a bit slow and not very smooth. But over time it has self adjusted, and now works as new with no more engine stops, even at cold winter days. However I also exchanged the battery, since the compuer told me to charge the old battery (5 years) seemingly without reason. Lesson; a start-stop-battery is not cheap! I don't know if this has contributed to the fix of the cluch operation.
Anyway, now all is fine with the cluch and gearbox, and I'm a happy camper!

I didn't change anything on mine apart from service, now if I go and change gears manually it's changing them smoothly, it's only that is keeping in second gear at way to low revs and its alright for straight or downhill but at hills it's shaking a good bit, don't wanna brake something coz of this.

p. s. : did anyone did a remapping are yous happy with it in long run, as I was offered a remapping for around 250euro, but not sure to do it or not

About a year ago they updated the engine and transmission software because of the issues I had. It was done free of charge, probably on guarantee. It did not alter the gear change sequence, but made the changes softer and smoother, like when the car was new. It had become harsher shifting after a few years. But that did not fix the main problem with engine stalling. I have not felt that it did not change down to first gear when needed. Do you have any guarantee left?

no, don't have anything left and garages over here are a rip off and won't get much help of them
