I believe the R-link will accept both .txt and .spc files for Speedcams. From a list of file extensions accepted by the R-link: "\ Content \ speedcam
* .txt, * .SPC – Files containing the location of fixed speed cameras.
To use SPC files need a special license."
I would try using the txt files and see if the sku creator accepts them.

Double checked and fould another list confirming that the -txt files should be accepted.

Good to know that it works. I believe it is easier to find updated Speedcams in .txt format. Probably it is also possible to read the content? I guess it's structured after GPS positions??

yes you are right is structured by gps position , sadly gpspower.net doesnt work for now and i can't check for other speedcam updates but i have a worldwide one upated on 04.2020 and shows alright i know a few red light cam location will test them when i have a chance ,but so far shows one from tunnel beside me so i think they are alrdight , thanks a lot for help also updated 2020/Q2 maps , can't see any difference for now and eircodes for ireland still doesnt work sadly

sku creators excludes few files from map folder wondering if them files are in charge for eircodes ? or any idea how can i get them as eircodes is easiest way to enter an adress ,thanks

Too bad the eircodes still don't work. I haven't dug deeper into what's in the files rejected by the sku creator. I believe some of them have to do with limited weights for lorries on certain roads. Maybe worth checking what is excluded. And if there is any way to get hold of that information.
I would, for example, love to have my Kadjar read the speed limits from the maps. But unfortunately, it seems that function is not available on cars with sign recognition (camera). Or is there any eay to activate it?
