Thanks again and I appreciate the help- this is seriously frustrating!

Sorry, the video wasn't really what I was getting at. It was the text before that- one of the steps from the PDF that I cant get my head around?

Just to summarise where I am at the minute:

1. I've installed the 3.3 update and that all went well

2. I've had serious trouble completing the second part of the process- I must have tried 100 times! I'm going into the settings -> photo menu, starting the engine, plugging the USB (with debug files) into USB1, waiting for approx 30 seconds, doing my screen taps (1 x Top LHS and 12+ x times RHS). Then NOTHING happens.

Clearly I'm misunderstanding something regarding this process, but I've absolutely no idea where....!

(1) on a fat32 formatted usb stick create empty file: \DEBUG\DbgEnable.lge
(2) in the r-link2 click: menu\multimedia\settings\photos
(3) connect the usb stick, wait until "USB scanning" finished
(4) click in the black box: 1 time in the upper left corner, 12 times in the lower right

Theres one point that I think could be an issue. On point 3 I don't see anything that says usb scanning- just a very quick message that says 'no audio files found on disk' or something similar?

Generally how long does it take for the USB to scan?

Is there a max size or type of USB that needs to be used? I'm using this one below which worked flawlessly for the 3.3 update...

- Check, that the USB is formated in FAT32;
- Check the proper location of the file;
- Check the file itself;
- Use another USB stick;

With me it happened from the first attempt, but it was more than an year ago...
