I don't knows why you people worrie about. I proceed this update on fee megane, talisman, kadjar with all diffrent system revision from branch 2.x.x.x and all works with andrid car and after upgrade usb ports with apple car play. One but not wery frustrating thing is you need to make a call anyware to activate voice command button on car. Mayby someday this bug will be fixed but is not a big deal

@Robertp I've read the only possible downgrade is to 2.15. then you need to upgrade, you lost maps and you need to recover from my renault. It does not seem to be as easy as upgrade. What is your experience?

I can confirm and even more. Some time ago I went to Renault garage to do maintenance. They told me that they are going to update my R-Link. They though it is 2.2 ))) I said good, please do it. Next day I came for my car and asked if they did update. They told me sure we did ))) Later I checked, they did nothing, system, navi, maps, all my personal settings were unchanged. Nice!

BTW what's new in the latest system update 3.3.16.96x to 3.3.16.98x ?
