It's all the sensors mounted within the "black bit" at the top of the screen that need the reset, pain in the arse. To the Auzzy chap, nice to see Renault dealers are the same the world over, NOT.

Actually I will have to replace my windscreen this spring... as soon as roads will be cleaned of sands and stones... 
I spoke with front man at  dealership... it will take 2 days to replace windscreen and calibrate all systems... it will cost in 4 digit number in EUROs and I don care at all because insurance company will cover all the expences. I will just approve or decline repaired veichle at the end.

Did the same last spring. The job was done in half a day. 

All you guys having to replace screens due to chips etc, how is the front end paintwork holding up?? Damage to paintwork is usually proportional to screen chipping imho.

I had 3 small crakes which repaired with correction kit.

Is that stone chips to paint or screen??

Our roads are pretty clear over here but you always see the car that has belonged to a tailgater, (don't know if that translates). They look like they have had the screen and front end bead blasted sometimes.
