Hi, The upgrade I did was from 7.0.24.161 to 3.3.16.961 so the system now shows 3.3.16.961 and Boot version 5615.

Yes, that is the problem... Now you need to upgrade it back to V7, there is no other way... AOne, your oppinion perhaps?
I have SW V7 but never did it so you can have it but on your own risk.
2016 White 1.6 dCi 4WD BOSE with Premium Techno Pack, Winter Pack, Panoramic glass roof & autodipp mirror and retractable towbar.
Added ambient illumination, few chrome trims,
Replaced R-Link2 V2.2 SW version 9. 0.34.611, enabled Android Auto and CarPlay (change USB slots)
Maps: Here 2022Q2

Hi, its worth a try as I've nothing to loose. I have the feeling that the V3 is somehow locked to prevent automatic updates so I'm not confident it will work but I'll give it a go.

I wasn't aware you could install a lower version ie V7 to V3, I thought you could only upgrade unless you had the special downgrade files.

Ordinarily I don't think you can if your loading official Renault versions but the V3 I think is a modified version. In my experience its not worked very well so I wouldn't advocate going from V7 to V3.
