Doubt. Dacia uses MediaNav multimedia in both generations, which is complete different device then R-Link2 (but both comes from LG)
2016 White 1.6 dCi 4WD BOSE with Premium Techno Pack, Winter Pack, Panoramic glass roof & autodipp mirror and retractable towbar.
Added ambient illumination, few chrome trims,
Replaced R-Link2 V2.2 SW version 9. 0.34.611, enabled Android Auto and CarPlay (change USB slots)

I’m pretty sure the Dacia camera is 12v, if you are unsure what you have, either test it with a 6v psu first in to a monitor, or install it into the car using the 6v line.
Then if it doesn’t work try a 12v feed at your own risk.

I’d be doing a lot of googling on
Media nav and cameras before attempting anything if you are not sure how to test it.

I will test the camera with a 12v supply today.

Meanwhile I ordered a 6V camera that works on Kadjar, Megan 4 & Duster II, etc. Hope it to work fine.
